payment and cancellation

Payment

• Daily and weekly guests may use credit card, ACH transfer, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or cash.
• Monthly guests may use ACH transfer or cash without a fee. Credit card, Zelle, Cash App and PayPal will incur a 3% fee after the 1st month.
• No personal checks will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Change short term reservation:

1. Change 5 days or more before the arrival date cancellation fee = $10 or amount paid, whichever is less
2. Reduce number of nights less than five days from the arrival date, upon arrival, or after arrival the penalty = $10 per night reduced with a maximum penalty of $50

• Cancel short term reservation

1. Cancel five days or more before the original arrival date of the reservation cancellation fee = $10 or amount paid, whichever is less
2. Cancel less than five days from the original arrival date of the reservation cancellation fee = $10 per night with a maximum penalty of $50
3. Do not cancel and do not show up you will forfeit all amounts paid.

• Cancel monthly reservation

1. Cancel 5 days or more before arrival date cancellation fee = 25% of monthly rent.
2. Cancel less that 5 days before arrival date cancellation fee = 50% or monthly rent.
3. Do not cancel and do not show up you will forfeit all amounts paid. Space will only be held 5 days after your original reservation date.
